The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On determining the operator of these control metering devices in the production of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages» (hereinafter referred to as the – Project).

The purpose of the adoption of the Draft is to comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On State Regulation of the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products» (hereinafter – the Law), the proposed amendments provide for bringing into line with the competence established by Law, and also defines the Joint-Stock Company «Information and Accounting Center» as the operator of these control metering devices in the field of ethyl alcohol production and alcoholic beverages.

The implementation of the Project will not require the allocation of financial resources from the republican budget.

The adoption of the Project will not entail negative socio-economic and / or legal consequences.
