From April 8, 2023, the Order of the Acting Deputy Prime Minister comes into force-Minister - Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 29, 2023 No. 301 "On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 1, 2018 No. 110 "On Approval of Forms of Certain Customs Documents"" (hereinafter referred to as the Order), which provides for an obligation to consent to submission during customs declaration copies of customs declarations of the country of departure (origin, transit) of goods, if filling in such a customs declaration is provided in the country of departure (origin, transit) of goods.

           The order provides for the approval of the form of the obligation to consent to the submission of copies of customs declarations of the country of departure (origin, transit) of goods during customs declaration.
