Draft Order on Amendments and Additions to the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2018 №412 «On Approval of Rules, deadlines and forms of submission by authorized state bodies of information on taxpayers who have objects of taxation and (or) objects related to taxation, as well as on objects of taxation and (or) objects related to taxation» (hereinafter – The draft order) determines the procedure and deadline for submission by the Ministries of Internal Affairs and Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including their divisions that carry out accounting and (or) registration of taxable objects and (or) objects related to taxation (hereinafter – authorized state bodies) to the state revenue bodies of information about taxpayers who have objects of taxation and (or) objects related to taxation, as well as about objects of taxation and (or) objects related to taxation, for the tax on vehicles.
