The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan received 10,264 appeals from legal entities and individuals for 6 months of 2023, the largest number of appeals were received on tax and customs administration issues.

Of the 10,264 appeals received from legal entities and individuals, 7,631 appeals were considered, of which 2,843 were considered in the administrative procedure, and 4,788 were considered in the simplified procedure.

One of the frequently received questions from taxpayers is the legalization of motor vehicles, as well as the bankruptcy of individuals.
